AI Engineer Intern - Core AI

The intern will support the development of core machine learning and data infrastructure, contributing to technology that supports Zeta Global’s business goals. Responsibilities Assist in designing, training, and evaluating LLMs for core platform use cases Build and maintain data and ML pipelines, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model deployment support Run experiments, analyze results, and document findings to guide model and system improvements Help monitor model performance in production and propose fixes or optimizations when issues arise Contribute to technical documentation, code reviews, and collaboration with cross-functional teams (e.g., data, product, engineering) Skills Graduate students preferred Computer Science/Math/Physics/Engineering degree or pursuit or degree preferred Prior work experience or exposure in a similar position Benefits Weekly lunches and social gatherings in office Speaker Series with subject matter experts across Zeta Global Company Overview Zeta offers technology and marketing services to help brands acquire, engage, and retain customers.
