What This Role Is: Your Structured Path to Success This is a comprehensive training and consulting role focused on leveraging your existing relationship-building skills and developing them into high-level strategic consulting. You will work closely with a Senior Consultant, learning to manage enterprise-level engagements from initial contact to closing high-value, long-term partnerships. You will be learning to sell a holistic AI culture transformation, not just a product. Your mission is to learn how to guide companies through an actual company transformation, building them a true competitive advantage and a massive ability to jumpstart their growth. This journey blends strategic consulting, hands-on team development, and inclusion in our exclusive mastermind community, delivering a complete return of investment in just three to six months. You will be mentored to become the trusted advisor who helps leaders navigate the complexities of AI adoption and unlock real business value. Your core responsibilities will include (with full training and mentorship): • Learning to engage with founders, visionaries, and integrators from companies that attend our roundtables, and conducting in-depth AI audits to identify their unique challenges and opportunities. • Proactively identifying and reaching out to leaders in our target market (25-500 employees) to invite them into our executive roundtables. • Assisting a Senior Consultant in architecting and closing complex, high-value engagements ($50,000 - $200,000+ annually). • Learning to sell a holistic offering that includes AI culture change and cross-training for the entire organization. This involves working with leadership teams, project managers, and line employees through a mix of internal and external masterminds, and demonstrating value through pulse survey tracking of team improvement. • Acting as a long-term strategic partner to our clients, ensuring their continued success and growth.
