Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent (required); additional education is a plus. Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively. Basic technical knowledge of Apple products or a willingness to learn. Previous experience in customer service, call center, or technical support is preferred. Proficiency in using computers, navigating systems, and learning new software tools. Ability to work independently in a home-based environment with minimal supervision. Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace. Strong problem-solving abilities and patience in handling customer concerns.
