Concept Interior Designer with advanced AI skills.
Residential house interior designer is required, possibly for long term collaboration. We are looking a concept designer with advanced AI skills and ability to present interior design concepts by hand sketches with tuning them in AI (midjourney, chat gpt), you need to be able to combine materials nicely and preferably know Australian market of materials, but it’s not a must, most importantly, your conceptual design skills need to be strong, you need to feel the space and be able to bring fresh trendy ideas to the board). Upcoming project: - house interior finishes selection for 2-storey home in Melbourne (all rooms included, presented as a schedule in xl); - house sanitary fixtures selections (all bathrooms included, presented as a schedule in xl); - lighting fixtures selection for the areas in scope of the design only, presented as a schedule in xl; - conceptual design set with inspirational images for the house interior, hand sketches for entry, stair, family, kitchen, dining, upstairs media, voids, stairs and AI generated images to visualise the design ideas (min. 5 options of AI generated images for each area). - coordination of joinery drawings with a drafter for entry, stair, family, kitchen, dining, upstairs media - coordination of 3d renders for these areas with 3d artist.
