Junior Legal Counsel at Promethean Supporting corporate, securities, and commercial legal matters in a growing edtech company. Promethean is hiring a Junior Legal Counsel to join its legal team and support a wide range of corporate and commercial needs. This role is ideal for an attorney eager to blend public company securities work with hands-on support for day-to-day business operations. You’ll gain exposure to a global edtech business, working across governance, compliance, contracts, and commercial matters. In this role, you’ll assist with corporate and securities filings, support board and governance activities, and provide day-to-day advice on commercial agreements. You’ll also help address compliance issues, advise business stakeholders, and provide practical solutions to routine legal questions. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of corporate securities/public company experience, with the ability to manage run-rate commercial contract review and general legal support. Experience with Foreign Private Issuers and/or NYSE-listed companies is a strong plus.
