As a Customer Care Representative – Virtual, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our customers and ensuring they have an exceptional experience. As part of the Customer Support department, you will engage with customers via digital channels to address their inquiries, resolve issues, and provide helpful information. This is a remote, hourly, full-time position designed for proactive individuals who are passionate about delivering top-notch customer service in English. Responsibilities: • Provide friendly, prompt, and professional customer support through email, chat, and other digital channels. • Address and resolve customer questions, concerns, and complaints efficiently and accurately. • Clearly communicate product and service information to assist customers in making informed decisions. • Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when necessary while ensuring a seamless transition. • Maintain customer records by documenting conversations and updates in the internal systems. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes by sharing feedback and suggestions with the team. • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing timely follow-ups and solutions. Qualifications • Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Previous experience in customer service, customer care, or similar roles is preferred. • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure. • Proficiency in using digital communication tools such as chat platforms and email systems. • Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Dependable and self-motivated, with the ability to work effectively in a virtual setting. • Familiarity with CRM systems or similar software is a plus.
