About the Role We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Care Specialist II to join our remote outbound call center team. As a key member of our customer care team, you'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and proactively engaging with dealers and state motor vehicle agencies to obtain vehicle title status. Key Responsibilities Respond to email messages, faxes, and service tickets in a timely and professional manner, ensuring prompt resolution of customer inquiries. Engage with customers to determine their needs and provide personalized support, resolving issues and addressing concerns in a courteous and efficient manner. Respond to inquiries on vehicle titling and registration processes, providing accurate and up-to-date information to dealers, state motor vehicle agencies, customers, and clients. Make outbound calls to dealers and state motor vehicle agencies (DMVs) to obtain vehicle title status, ensuring timely and accurate information is obtained. Utilize blithequark's proprietary software for research, data entry, and account follow-up activity, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records. Follow instructions and maintain workflow standards, ensuring productivity and quality goals are met. Adhere to all blithequark policies and procedures, maintaining the highest standards of customer service and operational excellence. Essential Qualifications To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following essential qualifications: A High School Diploma/GED and 3 years of experience in a related field; OR a degree/certification beyond a HS diploma/GED in a related discipline and up to 1 year of experience; OR 5 years of experience in a related field. A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service position, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, dealers, and state motor vehicle agencies. Proficiency in using a PC, telephone, fax, scanner, and photocopier, with intermediate knowledge of PC software applications such as MS Office, Excel, and Outlook. Data entry skills, with the ability to type 35 WPM or greater at 99.6% accuracy. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following preferred qualifications will be considered advantageous: Knowledge of client requirements for DMV and related documents, with a understanding of the vehicle titling and registration processes. Familiarity with various state DMV forms and their usage by blithequark, with the ability to navigate complex regulatory requirements. Knowledge of blithequark's proprietary software, with the ability to quickly adapt to new technology and systems. Knowledge of state abbreviations, with the ability to accurately identify and communicate geographic locations.
