Key Responsibilities Calling and receiving calls from clients to discuss their insurance needs and provide personalized solutions Scheduling appointments with clients who request our benefits and presenting insurance products and benefits packages over Zoom video calls Completing applications for insurance products and ensuring that clients receive the best possible service Attending ongoing, optional training sessions to stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices Collaborating with colleagues to achieve sales goals and contribute to the growth and success of our team Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you'll need to be a motivated, results-driven individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt to changing circumstances with ease. While experience in the insurance industry is not required, you should be eager to learn and have a strong desire to succeed.
