Job Summary We're looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team in Peru. As an Account Manager, you'll play a critical role in growing our 3P market in the USA by acquiring, developing, and managing high-value debts for new product selections, fee pricing, and customer satisfaction. Your primary responsibilities will include researching product selection gaps, executing GTM strategies to attract key marketplace players, and maximizing our products' selection facet and customer base. Key Responsibilities Market Research and Analysis: Develop a thorough understanding of the marketplace segment, seasonality, and global developments/activities, and monitor competitor efforts to stay ahead of the curve. Seller Acquisition and Onboarding: Identify, prospect, and obtain high-potential sellers to our platform through direct sales visits, events, and presentations. Seller Support and Guidance: Provide guidance to sellers through sharing best practices of online selling, including statistics-driven insights that help sellers achieve high standards of delivery, customer satisfaction, and business objectives. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with and influence internal and external stakeholders to recognize and resolve vendor problems. Primary Qualifications We're looking for candidates with the following qualifications: Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree is required. Sales Experience: 1-3 years of sales experience in a fast-paced enterprise environment, preferably in the e-commerce, retail, FMCG, or manufacturing industries. Results-Oriented: Demonstrated achievement in exceeding sales objectives using a consultative and solutions-focused approach. Product Knowledge: Enjoy promoting nascent products/offerings into new markets is strongly preferred. Communication and Presentation Skills: Advanced communication and presentation skills, a robust working understanding of Excel and MS Office programs, and the ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment. Commercial Acumen: Remarkable commercial judgment with strong written and oral communication skills. Analytical and Quantitative Skills: Advanced analytical skills and quantitative abilities, with a comfort level with complex financial data. Leadership and Time Management: Ability to think and lead in a high-energy, rapid-paced environment, with a demonstrated potential to manage multiple, competing priorities concurrently. Preferred Qualifications We're also looking for candidates with the following preferred qualifications: E-commerce Experience: 2+ years of e-commerce experience is a plus. Customer Electronics Experience: 3+ years of experience in the customer electronics quarter is a plus. Direct Sales Experience: 3+ years of direct sales experience is a plus.
