Baggage Handling and Loading : Handle baggage check-in, tagging, and loading onto aircraft, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and weight restrictions. Address Passenger Inquiries and Concerns : Address passenger inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and efficient manner, striving to resolve issues to the satisfaction of the customer. Collaborate with Team Members : Collaborate with other team members, including flight crew and ground staff, to ensure smooth operations and on-time departures. Maintain a Safe and Secure Environment : Adhere to security procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe and secure environment for passengers and staff. Essential and Preferred Qualifications We're looking for talented individuals with the following qualifications: High School Diploma or Equivalent : A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this role. Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for providing exceptional customer service. Previous Customer Service Experience : Previous customer service experience, especially in the airline or hospitality industry, is preferred.
