Key Responsibilities and Duties As an AV Learning Developer, your primary responsibilities will include: Designing and developing effective and engaging learning content using industry-leading tools and technologies. Creating and maintaining learning materials for various client groups, including e-learning modules, classroom curricula, job aids, videos, graphics, and performance support tools. Addressing client needs by recommending and developing sustainable solutions that meet their objectives. Collaborating with subject matter experts to gather requirements and ensure the accuracy of learning content. Working in an agile environment, conducting rapid analysis, producing prototypes, and facilitating iterative content reviews. Managing multiple projects simultaneously, meeting milestones, and adhering to target timelines. Ensuring the quality and accuracy of learning products and materials.
