Your primary responsibilities will include: Main Tasks Provide support in French and English through voice and chat, ensuring that each customer receives a personalized and helpful experience. Help troubleshoot customer issues quickly and kindly, using your problem-solving skills to find effective solutions. Personalize each interaction to make customers feel valued, heard, and understood. Collaborate with your teammates for smooth, consistent service, sharing knowledge and best practices to ensure exceptional customer experiences. Share feedback to help improve how we do things, contributing to the continuous growth and development of our team and processes. **What You'll Need** To succeed in this role, you'll need: Essential Qualifications At least 1 year of remote/online customer service or call center experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional support. Experience with bilingual customer support is an advantage, but not a requirement. Fluency in written and spoken French and English, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with tools like Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar is a bonus, but not essential. Calm under pressure and focused on solutions, with a passion for helping others. E-commerce or CRM experience is a plus, but not required. **Work-from-Home Requirements** To ensure that you can work effectively from home, you'll need: A personal computer/laptop with a minimum i5 processor.
