As a hybrid remote BCBA, you will have the flexibility to work from home while still being part of a dynamic and supportive team. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting assessments and re-assessments, providing supervision and guidance to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), developing and overseeing behavior plans, and providing parent training. **Responsibilities** * Conduct assessments and re-assessments for new and existing cases * Provide supervision and guidance to RBTs on your caseload * Develop and oversee the implementation of behavior plans * Provide parent training to ensure behavior plan is being implemented as suggested * Review data collection and provide feedback to RBTs * Collaborate with the Clinical team to ensure seamless service delivery * Participate in monthly workshops and training sessions to stay up-to-date with best practices in ABA **Requirements** * Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification * Must reside in Georgia * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work with diverse populations and adapt to changing situations * Familiarity with ABA software and technology **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities * Familiarity with ABA software and technology * Experience providing supervision and guidance to RBTs * Strong knowledge of ABA principles and practices * Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends **Compensation and Benefits** * Competitive hourly rate of $70-$95 per hour * Flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs * Professional development assistance to support your growth and development * Opportunities for career advancement and professional growth **Schedule** * After school hours * Choose your own hours * Day shift * Evening shift * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and experienced BCBA looking for a challenging yet rewarding role, we encourage you to apply for this exciting hybrid remote position.
