Our pharmacists play a vital role in the U.S. healthcare system by providing a wide range of pharmacy and healthcare services, including those that promote equitable access to care for the country's medically underserved populations. **Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced Call Center Representative to join our team in Orlando, USA. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling high-volume customer calls, processing data entry tasks, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary of $25-$35/Hour and opportunities for career growth and development. **Key Responsibilities** * Handle high-volume customer calls, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner * Process data entry tasks, including entering patient and medication information into our pharmacy systems * Utilize arenaflex's remedy information entry methodology and rules to process new enrollments and enter data into our systems * Handle patient medicine demands within HIPAA guidelines and enter top-off orders for processing * Investigate missing solution data and decipher clinical truncations (SIG codes) * Resolve data entry-related exceptions and escalate issues to senior-level staff as needed * Provide support to pharmacists, both in-office and remotely * Identify and report issues to senior-level staff as necessary * Obtain a dynamic pharmacist license or certification within the initial 90 days and maintain a current license or certification **Essential Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent * Essential level computer skills, including: + Starting and closing a computer + Using a mouse to point and click + Starting and closing programs + Switching between programs + Saving files + Printing documents + Accessing data online * Essential web browsing skills, including: + Opening a browser + Composing URLs in the correct field + Using a search engine + Bookmarking a website + Navigating using back/forward/stop buttons + Completing online forms * Middle-of-the-road keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, typing by memory, organizing files) * Ability to communicate in writing and verbally * 18 years old or older **Preferred Qualifications** * At least 1 year of pharmacy experience in a retail or call center environment * At least 1.5 years as a pharmacy technician with a declaration/enrollment by the state as conceded by the State Board for Pharmacies or broadly recognized certification agency * Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services and assessing customer satisfaction * Middle-of-the-road to advanced level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, organizing files) * Familiarity with Spanish and English **What We Offer** * Competitive salary of $25-$35/Hour * Opportunities for career growth and development * Dynamic work environment with a team of dedicated professionals * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance * 401(k) retirement plan with company match * Paid time off and holidays * Professional development opportunities, including training and certification programs **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and customer-focused individual with a passion for delivering exceptional service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
