About the Role As a Customer Care Representative at CVS Health, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll work in our Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) division, responding to inbound calls from customers and providing support with their pharmacy benefit plans. Your goal will be to help customers understand their coverage and options, while showcasing your expertise and empathy.
