Job Overview The Customer Operations Specialist (COS) is a critical position at arenaflex, responsible for serving as the primary liaison between our operations team, pilots, and customers. As a COS, you will be the driving force behind our customer-centric approach, ensuring that we consistently meet and exceed our customers' expectations. Your exceptional communication skills, operational expertise, and passion for delivering outstanding customer service will make you an invaluable asset to our team. Key Responsibilities Assist in the operation of the arenaflex Operations Desk, serving as the central command and control center and primary point of contact between pilots and customers. Input, track, and analyze data related to reports received from pilots and subsequent customer interactions, providing actionable insights to inform service delivery and improvement initiatives. Directly communicate with customers, leaving a lasting positive impression and ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded. Generate customer reports indicating services provided and results of inspections, maintaining accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions. Solidify hard data from vague clues, using your analytical skills to inform decision-making and drive process improvements. Additional Responsibilities Assist with the generation of the daily flying schedule and associated mission products using arenaflex's proprietary software, Garmin products, and Google Earth. Coordinate with maintenance teams to understand aircraft availability and its impact on flight operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and minimizing disruptions. Communicate expectations of performance to pilots prior to mission execution, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed. Assist with general projects relating to the overall business, leveraging your skills and expertise as a critical member of our small management team. Collaborate with the President to onboard new customers and integrate requested work with existing operations, driving business growth and expansion. Requirements and Qualifications To succeed as a Customer Operations Specialist at arenaflex, you will need to possess a unique blend of customer service orientation, operational expertise, and technical skills. The following requirements are essential: Customer service orientation with an interest in operations, demonstrating a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Excellent communication skills, especially verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, pilots, and other stakeholders. Self-motivated and comfortable working with ambiguity and complexity, using your analytical skills to navigate challenging situations and drive process improvements. Computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite and Google Earth, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and systems. Full weekend availability, with a commitment to working a 5-day work week and being available to respond to customer needs and operational requirements. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in an operations or aviation-related environment. Familiarity with arenaflex's proprietary software, Garmin products, and Google Earth, or similar systems and technologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data, identify trends, and inform decision-making.
