**Experienced Customer Service Agent – Airport Operations and Logistics**

We're proud to offer a culture that values our employees' growth and well-being, and we're excited to have you join our team! **Key Responsibilities** As a Ramp Agent, your primary responsibilities will include: * Safely lifting, loading, unloading, and transporting baggage, mail, and cargo to and from aircraft, ensuring timely connections by guiding incoming and departing aircraft from the gate positions. * Safeguarding cargo, baggage, and mail from damage, loss, and weather conditions. * Safely driving and operating ground equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and tow tractors in areas of congestion. * Operating baggage scanners and computers to ensure baggage is routed accurately to the customer's destination. * Maintaining a high level of safety awareness and adhering to all operational processes and procedures. **Work Environment and Schedule** As a Ramp Agent, you'll work in a fast-paced airport environment, with a focus on safety and efficiency. Your schedule will be based on operational needs, with shifts ranging from early morning to overnight.
