About the Role We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Associate. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract with a view to extend, offering a unique opportunity to work with a global brand and develop your skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries. Navigate and utilize various tools to research and review solutions, ensuring seamless customer experiences. Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear and concise information to address their concerns. Work variable shifts, including late evenings and weekends, to match customer demand. Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge. Essential Qualifications To be considered for this role, you'll need: To be at least 18 years old. The right to work in The Netherlands. Strong communication skills in Swedish (both written and oral fluency) and basic communication skills in English. Experience working with a computer and a strong understanding of technology. The availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within the operating hours of 7am to 9pm. A quiet, distraction-free workspace with a dedicated office space, desk, and chair. A minimum 50 Mbps broadband connection speed using a hard-wire ethernet internet connection. Initial four weeks availability for full-time training (paid).
