You will be responsible for responding to inbound inquiries via phone, email, and chat, utilizing effective communication and problem-solving skills to address applicant concerns. Your adaptability, positive energy, and customer-centric approach will make you an invaluable asset to our team. **Responsibilities** - **Respond to Inbound Inquiries**: Respond to all inbound inquiries from applicants via phone, email, and chat, utilizing effective communication and problem-solving skills to address their concerns. - **Provide Technical Assistance**: Provide technical assistance to applicants, enabling them to complete their applications efficiently and effectively. - **Navigate Computerized Systems**: Navigate our computerized system for responding and/or troubleshooting to applicants' questions, ensuring accurate and timely resolutions. - **Excellent Communication Skills**: Possess excellent verbal and written communication and problem-solving skills, as well as being comfortable with multi-tasking, as needed. - **Strong Interpersonal Skills**: Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to empathize with applicants from diverse backgrounds. - **Knowledge of FORWARD Application Programs**: Become and remain knowledgeable about all arenaflex application programs to provide excellent applicant support. - **Identify Inefficiencies**: Identify inefficiencies in workflows and suggest solutions to improve our processes and enhance the applicant experience. **Qualifications** - **Customer Service Experience**: 2+ years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. - **Technical Savviness**: Be technically savvy and able to learn new systems and processes quickly, with a willingness to adapt to changing requirements. - **Cultural Competence**: Demonstrate a strong ability to work well with people from varied cultural, socioeconomic, educational, and experiential backgrounds. - **Independence and Adaptability**: Show a demonstrated ability to work independently and adapt quickly to new challenges, with a high level of organization and attention to detail. - **Volume Management**: Be able to manage a high volume of activity (phone, email, and chat) with ease, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines. - **Bilingual Abilities**: Bilingual abilities in English/Chinese (Mandarin)/Spanish are preferred, but not required. - **Schedule Flexibility**: A 6 am-3 pm schedule is preferred, but we are open to discussing flexible arrangements. - **U.S. Work Authorization**: Must have U.S. work authorization to be eligible for this role. **Essential Skills and Competencies** - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities - Strong interpersonal and customer service skills - Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly - High level of organization and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and adapt to new challenges - Strong technical skills, including proficiency in computerized systems **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we believe in investing in our employees' growth and development.
