Job Overview We're looking for a highly skilled and passionate Customer Service Representative to join our team in Honolulu, USA. As the face of our customer, you will be responsible for crafting meaningful connections and creating an environment where everyone feels welcome, valued, and respected. You will interact with our domestic and international customers in our lobbies and at gates, supporting them with ticketing and luggage, greeting customers as they begin and end their journey, and doing it all with a smile. Key Responsibilities Interact with customers in a kind and helpful manner to craft memorable experiences and build customer loyalty and commitment Step up and anticipate customer needs while maintaining a strong sense of responsibility, even when we've inconvenienced a customer Work every day with a safety mentality by ensuring we hold ourselves and each other to the highest standards Navigate challenges by being consistent but adaptable, retaining composure and managing issues without taking customer frustration personally Collaborate with others, support your colleagues, and help them succeed with new processes and technologies Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following qualifications: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent Minimum of 18 years old Comfortable working with computers, mobile devices, and new technologies Physical ability to stand and walk for an 8-hour shift, as well as carry and handle luggage Able to obtain a SIDA badge and meet airport requirements for badging Legally eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship Able to meet the company's attendance requirements and uniform and appearance standards Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Previous customer service experience, particularly in the airline industry Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations Knowledge of airline operations and procedures What We Offer At arenaflex, we offer a competitive hourly rate of $27-$35 per hour, as well as a range of benefits, including: 401(k) and pension plan Health insurance and employee assistance plan for you and your family Opportunities for overtime and flexible scheduling Free domestic and international travel for you and your friends and family Professional development and career advancement opportunities Career Growth and Development At arenaflex, we are committed to helping our employees grow and develop in their careers.
