As a customer-centric organization, we prioritize building strong relationships with our clients and their customers, and we're committed to providing the best possible service. **Job Summary** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from customers inquiring about debit card incentives, orders, and balances. You will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, using your excellent communication and problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues and provide solutions. This is a temporary, part-time to full-time position, with the opportunity to work from home and enjoy a flexible schedule. **Responsibilities** * Manage large volumes of inbound calls in a timely and efficient manner * Follow established communication scripts to handle different topics and provide accurate information to customers * Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research, and provide solutions and/or alternatives to resolve their issues * Access company and client resources to accurately handle calls and provide the best possible service * Seize opportunities to upsell products and services when they arise * Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to change tasks quickly and efficiently * Maintain punctuality and attendance at all scheduled times, with a positive and professional attitude * Cross-train as requested to expand your skills and knowledge **Qualifications** * Previous customer service or customer support experience, preferably in a call center or office environment * Basic computer skills and the ability to learn quickly * Strong phone and verbal communication skills, with active listening and problem-solving abilities * Type 35 words per minute accurately * Must be 18 years of age * A background check will be required, in accordance with state and federal laws **Preferred Qualifications** * Previous experience in a call center or office environment * Basic computer skills and the ability to learn quickly * Strong phone and verbal communication skills, with active listening and problem-solving abilities * Type 35 words per minute accurately * Must be 18 years of age * A background check will be required, in accordance with state and federal laws **Work Environment and Culture** * Work from home in a flexible schedule, with the opportunity to work part-time to full-time * Enjoy a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with the chance to learn and grow with our team * Collaborate with a talented and dedicated team of customer service professionals * Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to expand your skills and knowledge * Enjoy a positive and supportive work environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences **Pay and Benefits** * Starting pay: $14/hour, plus shift differential (extra $1/hr nights & wkds) * Work hours: Shifts between 8:00am-8:00 pm (EST), with the opportunity to work every other weekend * Paid training: Typically 1 week in length, from 9:00am-6:00pm (EST) * Status: Temporary part-time to full-time, with the opportunity to work 20-40 hours per week * Must be available to work on the following dates: 9/26, 9/27, 9/30, 10/1, and 10/2 **Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) Requirements** * Provide your own equipment and workspace, including a laptop or desktop computer, with the following specifications: + Processor: Intel Core i5 5200 Series or greater + Memory: 8GB on Windows 8.1 / bits + Screen Resolution: 1280x768 or higher, with 1 monitor required (dual monitors preferred) + USB headset + Up-to-date antivirus software, with a recent scan completed + Firewall enabled * Verify your internet service is secure, reliable, and dedicated high-speed, with a direct LAN connection * Establish a dedicated work area, with a desk, chair, electrical outlet, and direct LAN connection **Hardware/Software Requirements** * Processor: Intel Core i5 5200 Series or greater * Memory: 8GB on Windows 8.1 / bits * Screen Resolution: 1280x768 or higher, with 1 monitor required (dual monitors preferred) * USB headset * Up-to-date antivirus software, with a recent scan completed * Firewall enabled **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and customer-focused individual with a passion for delivering exceptional service, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
