You'll be the face of our company, and we're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer service to customers via phone, email, and chat * Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner * Promote and sell air travel to customers, including flights, hotels, and packages * Assist customers with passenger check-in and load acceptance * Interpret airline policies and procedures for domestic and international travel or shipment shipments * Meet and dispatch planes within set-up times * Provide assistance to distressed passengers and customers * Protect company assets and revenue * Possess the physical ability and dexterity to perform various job-related duties * Use organizational skills to perform multiple tasks within a limited timeframe * Be self-motivated and require minimal supervision * Respond and assist during safety and emergency situations * Follow internal and external regulations and procedures * May be required to drive and operate air stairs to board and deplane passengers * Responsible for the overall performance in the work location and may be required to lead and direct the work of other employees * May be required to perform Passenger Operation Control duties, including air-to-ground communication and Tower duties **All You'll Need for Success** * Minimum Qualifications – Education & Prior Job Experience + High school degree or GED + Read, write, fluently speak, and understand the English language + Bilingual language skills are required in some locations + Applicable valid driver's license as required by local authorities + Must satisfy FAA criminal history checks to qualify for unescorted access to airport security identification display areas (SIDA), if applicable + Must be able to obtain suitable airport authority and/or US Customs security badges, if applicable + Ability to work abnormal and/or prolonged hours, including weekends and holidays + Must be able to work on a regular and timely basis **What You'll Get** At blithequark, we're committed to providing our employees with a comprehensive benefits package that includes: * Travel Perks: Ready to explore the world?
