As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our child support client stakeholders. This is a fantastic opportunity to work from home, enjoy a flexible schedule, and be part of a dynamic and supportive team. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for: * Receiving calls from child support client stakeholders in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures and contractual obligations * Categorizing all calls received in one of the categories provided * Recording any abusive and/or extraordinary calls * Providing accurate, valid, and complete information to customers * Resolving customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives * Documenting customer interactions * Gathering customer information, assessing, and fulfilling customer needs and educating customers where applicable * Maintaining a general understanding of policies and procedures **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need: * A High School Diploma or equivalent * At least one year of prior experience in an area of customer service, call center, service delivery, or other related fields * Proficiency in data entry skills, including keyboard, mouse, and 10-key pad * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office * Strong oral and written communication skills * Excellent interpersonal skills, using tact, patience, and courtesy **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial: * Experience working in a remote or work-from-home environment * Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software * Basic knowledge of child support policies and procedures * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities **Work Environment and Culture** As a remote employee at arenaflex, you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home.
