Job Overview We are seeking a professional and client-driven individual to join our team as a Resolution Coordinator in our Contact Center Operations. As a Resolution Coordinator, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients, stores, and partners through phone, chat, and email. This is a full-time, remote work opportunity that offers a competitive hourly rate of $24 and a chance to work with a dynamic team. Key Responsibilities Handle a high volume of incoming calls, chats, and emails from clients, stores, and partners while navigating multiple systems to support responding to questions and resolving issues. Convey professionally in a conversational manner while utilizing all suitable resources to ensure customer satisfaction. Meet the requirements of our clients by being reliable, solid, issue-solving, acting with integrity, and being committed to making an impact. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and efficient manner. Utilize Microsoft Office programs, such as Outlook and Word, to document customer interactions and resolve issues. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Ability to type at least 25 words per minute. Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook and Word. High school diploma or GED. Successful completion of obligatory training. Customer service experience. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a contact center or customer-facing role. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
