Your typical assignments will include: * Researching inquiries by accessing the claims processing system and other informational sources * Responding to customer/group and provider questions through telephone contact and/or written communication (such as mail) using proper etiquette, grammar, punctuation, etc. * Maintaining related departmental records and files * Operating office equipment, including a personal computer, calculator, copier, fax machine, etc. * Making corrections to claims and eligibility * Entering new claims, eligibility, and subscriber information into the mainframe * Reviewing subscriber's coverage to determine type and level of benefits **Training Program:** Our training program is designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this exciting field. The program will be hybrid, with on-site training sessions scheduled for weeks 1, 2, 6, and 7, and remote training sessions scheduled for weeks 3, 4, 5, and 8. **Minimum Requirements:** To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you'll need to meet the following minimum requirements: * Possess a high school diploma or equivalent * One year of customer service experience in a business environment that requires the use of a computer program to assist the customer, preferably in a call center, and/or dental experience * Successful completion of the customer service simulation test (minimum score of 62 out of a possible 100) (assessment waived if candidate previously passed test while at arenaflex or if previously held Customer Service Trainee, Customer Service Advisor, or Customer Service Associate position) * Employees bidding the first shift must have the ability to begin work 8:25 a.m. or work until 6:30 p.m., Monday through Friday * Employees bidding the second shift must have the ability to begin work at 11:00 a.m. or work until 12:00 Midnight, Monday through Friday **Equal Employment Opportunity:** arenaflex is an equal employment opportunity employer and is committed to providing a work environment that is free from discrimination and harassment.
