As a remote work company, we offer the flexibility and autonomy that our employees need to thrive. **Key Responsibilities** As our Director of Data Analysis, you will be responsible for: * Developing and communicating data-driven insights derived from our sales pipeline opportunities * Projecting the value of specific sales opportunities via analytical methods * Advising Sales & prospects on scoping of analytic opportunities, data quality, and delivery expectations * Using predictive analytics to portray product performance to existing & prospective customers * Translating data insights into practical implications and opportunities for the Sales organization * Coaching others to instill a culture of fact-based decision making * Evaluating, developing, selecting, and integrating new tools and processes for data gathering and reporting * Providing direct oversight to a team of 5 Data Analysts & 1 Manager * Developing vision for future state organization of the Product Analytics organization structure * Investing in and building improved infrastructure for Zelis' Impact Analysis function **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you will need: * A Bachelor's Degree required and 15+ years experience in analytics * 10+ years experience in an analytics leadership role * Expertise in the collection, analysis, and delivery of large, multidimensional data sets, including using advanced analytical tools and methodology (e.g., Tableau, SQL, Python) * Experience designing and delivering analyses that inform product roadmaps * Comfortable analyzing product adoption and customer usage data to provide insight into growth opportunities * Experience building and leading cross-functional teams across the go-to-market organization, including partnering with stakeholders in Sales, Marketing, Product and/or Customer Success * Strong business acumen and financial skillsets, with the ability to analyze and effectively interpret financial, sales, marketing customer information for effective decision making * A high energy, hands-on leadership style that is capable of leading and influencing cross-functional stakeholders in a high-growth, private equity backed environment * Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal and presentation skills; comfortable and credible with both internal stakeholders and external audiences **Skills and Competencies** To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and deliver large, multidimensional data sets * Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders * Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams * Experience with advanced analytical tools and methodology, including Tableau, SQL, and Python * Strong business acumen and financial skillsets, with the ability to analyze and effectively interpret financial, sales, marketing customer information for effective decision making * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** As a Director of Data Analysis at Workwarp, you will have the opportunity to: * Develop and lead a high-performing team of data analysts * Drive the development of our data analytics capabilities, including the evaluation, development, and integration of new tools and processes * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success * Develop and communicate data-driven insights that inform business decisions * Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities, including workshops, conferences, and online courses * Contribute to the development of our company's data analytics strategy and vision **Work Environment and Company Culture** As a remote work company, we offer the flexibility and autonomy that our employees need to thrive.
