Experienced Dispatcher Needed for 26ft Box Truck Operations
am seeking an experienced and reliable dispatcher to help secure consistent freight for my trucking company. About Us: • New MC authority • Operating a 26ft rented box truck equipped with lift gate and pallet jack With a hired driver • Based out of Bayonne, New Jersey with a preferred operating radius of 300 miles • Already equipped with insurance and ELD • Looking to establish long-term, consistent relationships with brokers and shippers What I’m Looking For in a Dispatcher: • MUST HAVE access to and experience with load boards • Ability to find and negotiate PROFITABLE regional loads within the 300-mile radius • Good communication skills and responsiveness • Familiarity with working with new MCs is a strong plus Compensation: • Preference to pay a percentage of loads per week (to be discussed based on experience and results) If you have proven experience dispatching box trucks and are motivated to help build steady freight lanes, I’d like to hear from you.
