Reporting Analyst, you will be responsible for: * Intake file requests and understanding specific reporting requirements, including date range, data fields, and customer usage purpose * Interpret and reconcile data discrepancies to deliver accurate reporting statistics * Create custom data evaluations for use by human resources teams and unique departments * Partner with reporting customers to refine evaluations * Confer with stakeholders to ensure the successful functioning of newly completed systems or processes * Ensure data integrity is maintained by efficiently interpreting variances and outliers to Leadership * Ensure proper data protection and privacy guidelines are applied * Resolve escalated issues through the research of discrepancies * Blend and automate data * Perform
