Job Summary We are offering a full-time position for a Virtual Customer Care Representative with a competitive salary of $45,000 – $55,000 per year, based on experience. As a Virtual Customer Care Representative, you will work standard hours of 9 AM to 5 PM EST, but there is a flexible schedule opportunity available that accommodates various life circumstances. This remote position allows you to work from the comfort of your own home, providing exceptional service to our customers via phone, email, and chat. Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service to cardholders via phone, email, and chat, ensuring prompt and professional resolution of customer inquiries and issues. Assist customers with account inquiries, transaction details, and product information, showcasing Blithequark's commitment to delivering an extraordinary customer experience. Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally, utilizing strong problem-solving skills and empathy. Document customer interactions accurately in the system, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with team members. Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery continuously, staying updated on product offerings, policies, and procedures. Participate in ongoing training sessions and team meetings as required, enhancing skills and advancing career within the company. Requirements: Essential Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience or relevant field. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to handle customer inquiries with empathy and efficiency. Proficiency in using computers and various software applications, with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Flexibility to work varying hours, including holidays and weekends if needed. Preferred Qualifications: College degree in a related field. Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment. Certification in customer service or a related field.
