Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced High-Volume Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. As a Recruiter at FreedomCare, you will play a pivotal role in our expansion by leveraging your networking skills and proactive approach to talent acquisition. This is a hybrid or remote position, with applicants located in the greater NYC area expected to commute into our Lake Success, NY office one day per week. Key Responsibilities Take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, offer processing, and closing, ensuring seamless experiences for candidates and hiring managers Proactively source and attract passive candidates; build a robust pipeline of talent for hard-to-fill and high-priority positions, while also driving employee referrals Develop strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders, aligning on role requirements to develop effective sourcing and recruiting strategies, while staying abreast of current and future hiring needs Maintain an understanding of market data and creatively identify top talent Support talent acquisition process improvement by identifying system and workflow areas of opportunity Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate will possess: 3-5 years of demonstrated success in full-cycle recruitment within a high-growth environment 3+ years of proven experience with high-volume recruiting Exceptional relationship-building skills with a focus on client services and clear communication Solution-centric, with an entrepreneurial mindset coupled with a creative approach to problem-solving Strong analytical abilities, leveraging data to inform recruitment strategies Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and contribute to our collective success Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment Experience using an ATS Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter Lite/Recruiter Nice-to-Haves While not required, the following experience is desirable: Experience recruiting within a healthcare, startup, or high-growth environment Previous agency recruiting experience Experience using Greenhouse Why Work at FreedomCare? Compensation and Benefits The base pay range for this role is between $80,000 and $90,000 per year at the commencement of your first year of employment. Compensation decisions are dependent upon a variety of factors, which may include skill set, years of relevant experience, education, location, and licensure/certifications.
