Our mission is to innovate and reimagine the future of retail, and we're looking for talented individuals like you to help us achieve this vision. **About the Role** As an Experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) Developer – SailPoint Integration and Governance, you'll play a critical role in designing, building, and launching customer-specific workflows for provisioning, correlation rules, access certification, and Joiner, Mover, and Leaver processes within our Identity and Access Management (IAM) system. You'll work closely with our international-class software and platform teams to design and implement software integrations that meet our scalable and agile requirements. **Key Responsibilities** * Design, build, and launch customer-specific workflows for provisioning, correlation rules, access certification, and Joiner, Mover, and Leaver processes within our IAM system * Experience in installation management and troubleshooting of IAM solutions in a business environment * SailPoint implementation experience with strong IAM domain best practices, design, and maintenance of data * Implementation of JML events, custom/OOTB LCM Workflows to meet business requirements * Robust knowledge of WebServices, RestAPI, and SCIM API connectors and Provisioning rules to customize the software onboarding * Strong exposure to general identity control, access control, RBAC, role mining, access aggregation/certification, and Federation * Strong experience with exchange deployment/release management experience * Experience of Java, JavaScript, XML, DSML, Linux, Tomcat, Oracle, and SharePoint **What You'll Contribute** * A strong background in identity and access management, access control, and role mining * Experience with SailPoint implementation and strong IAM domain best practices * Strong knowledge of WebServices, RestAPI, and SCIM API connectors and Provisioning rules * Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills * Strong communication and collaboration skills * A passion for innovation and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies **About Our Team** Our team is dedicated to keeping a secure operating environment and protecting the trust of our customers, partners, and stakeholders.
