About the Role We are looking for a highly skilled and licensed insurance professional to provide outstanding support to our existing members. This role is focused on delivering exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues related to property and casualty insurance. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling inbound communications via phone, email, chat, and social media, ensuring that our members receive the best possible experience. Key Responsibilities Field inbound communications from members regarding their insurance needs, utilizing knowledge of personal lines insurance to provide quotes, new business, rating, policy, billing, payment, underwriting, contract, and coverage provisions, and premium changes. Conduct thorough research to understand customer needs, asking clarifying questions and presenting resolutions to ensure member satisfaction. Correspond with customers, clients, insurance carriers, and internal sources to provide coverage information and policy recommendations. Execute various client service transactions, including policy endorsements, certificates, binders, cancellations, or other tasks, adhering to performance metrics and quality standards. Maintain member privacy and handle sensitive information with discretion. Qualifications and Requirements To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications: Reside in the state of Georgia. Hold an active Resident Property and Casualty or Personal Lines License. Minimum 1 year of customer service experience required. 1 year of call center experience is required. High School diploma or GED required. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional, articulate voice and listening skills. Ability to research and quickly become an expert in a variety of subjects, with internet and research skills. Computer savvy, with the ability to resolve minor technical issues with minimal assistance. Typing 25 words per minute with 90% accuracy. Ability to critically think through situations and solutions, with a self-motivated and independent work style. Preferred Qualifications Veterans and their family members are encouraged to apply.
