Job Overview: Part-Time Customer Support Agent We're looking for a dedicated and customer-focused individual to provide top-notch support to our clients across North America. As the first point of contact, you'll be responsible for addressing incoming requests, resolving issues, and advocating for our customers' needs. This is a part-time position, requiring availability during evenings and weekends, with a minimum of 15-20 hours per week. Key Responsibilities: Respond to incoming customer requests and triage according to our Service Level Agreements Escalate incidents to our Operations team as needed Develop tutorials, articles, and user manuals for our help center to enhance customer knowledge and support Investigate and replicate bugs or test new features to ensure seamless product functionality Collect feedback from customers and channel it back to our product team for continuous improvement Share our passion for professional sports and delivering exceptional customer service Requirements and Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: Availability during evenings and weekends (minimum 15-20 hours per week) A background in sports and/or technical support, with a strong understanding of customer needs Fluency in English (both spoken and written) with excellent communication skills Preferred qualifications include: A passion for helping clients and solving problems Bilingualism (an asset, but not required) Excitement about working in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and shifts Ability to work independently, stay organized, and prioritize tasks effectively A love for technology and sports, with a desire to learn and grow with our company What We Offer By joining blithequark, you'll become part of a global, fast-growing sports tech startup with a strong presence in the industry.
