As a Pharmacy Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be part of a dedicated team that shares your passion for delivering quality service and making a difference in people's lives. **Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced Pharmacy Customer Service Representative to join our team on a part-time, weekend schedule. As a remote worker, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, pharmacies, and claimants while working from the comfort of your own home. This is an excellent opportunity for those who value flexibility, autonomy, and a dynamic work environment. **Key Responsibilities** As a Pharmacy Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include: * Preparing, inputting, and supporting claimant profiles in our pharmacy network * Assisting pharmacies in the adjudication of claimant medications * Coordinating and liaising with client adjusters, pharmacies, and claimants to ensure accurate medication benefits assignment in multiple systems * Supporting client needs on requirements for claimant medications with reporting and data * Managing and updating client and claimant information in multiple systems * Adjusting to changing processes and needs of various clients * Answering questions from claimants, adjusters, and pharmacies on topics related to claimant medications * Other duties as assigned **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need: * 3+ years of related customer service or telephonic experience and/or training * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software systems * Ability to manage significant email and phone communications * Active listening and problem-solving skills * Excellent understanding of proper telephone etiquette and customer service skills * Ability to read and interpret documents such as letters and reports * Familiarity with and commitment to serving as part of a dedicated team **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: * Experience working in a pharmacy or healthcare setting * Familiarity with Workers Compensation benefit management * Knowledge of pharmacy network management and medication adjudication * Certification in customer service or a related field **Skills and Competencies** To succeed in this role, you will need to possess: * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills * Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Excellent time management and adaptability skills * Ability to learn new software systems and processes quickly **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we are committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
