About the Role As a Remote Call Center Representative, you'll be an integral part of our Customer Experience team, assisting customers with questions, inquiries, and issues related to their supplemental benefits. You'll manage a steady volume of incoming calls, navigate multiple systems, and provide top-notch support to ensure positive experiences for our customers and clients. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to supplemental benefits in a timely and professional manner Manage a high volume of incoming calls, ensuring excellent customer service and communication skills Navigate multiple systems to provide accurate and comprehensive solutions to customers Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns as needed Meet productivity and quality standards, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance knowledge and skills Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: High school diploma, GED, or college degree Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to type 25 words per minute High-speed internet requirement of 25 download/10 upload (hardwired, no Wi-Fi, wireless, or satellite internet permitted) Flexibility to work weekends and adapt to changing schedules 6 months of customer service experience (previous experience in a call center environment is a plus) A distraction-free workspace and ability to work independently Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following skills and experience are highly desirable: Previous experience in a remote or virtual work environment Familiarity with supplemental benefits, such as Flexible and Health Savings Accounts Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software or other call center technology Bilingual or multilingual skills Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you'll need to possess: Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities Empathy and patience when dealing with complex customer issues Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy Ability to work independently and as part of a team Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Conduent, we're committed to helping our associates grow and develop in their careers.
