About the Role We're seeking full-time customer service representatives to join our team, providing phone support to our customers. This remote role is available to candidates based in the following states: AL, AR, FL, GA, IL, IN, IA, KS, LA, MI, MN, MS, MO, NE, NC, ND, OK, SC, SD, TN, TX, VA, and WI. As a customer service representative at blithequark, you'll be the voice of our company, providing a positive and helpful experience for our customers. Key Responsibilities Answer 60-80 incoming phone interactions per day, identifying the type of assistance the customer requires and providing a positive experience and resolution Provide problem-solving steps by confidently asking the right questions and researching options to determine the best resolution Seek support from resources in our Transportation, Drop Ship, Order Verification, and Technical Support teams to provide up-to-date information and increase customer satisfaction Maintain accurate customer records by updating information in our ERP system of record Be the voice of the customer, sharing feedback and suggesting creative solutions to improve customer satisfaction What We're Looking for in a Candidate To be successful in this role, you'll need: At least 1 year of experience working with customers, preferably in a remote or call center environment A customer-first attitude, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional service and resolution Self-motivated, independent decision-making skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment Strong written and verbal communication skills, conveying a friendly and helpful tone Professional, positive, and friendly demeanor, demonstrating empathy and patience in all customer interactions A genuine commitment to providing an outstanding customer experience Bilingual (Spanish) skills are a plus, but not required Strong computer skills and the ability to multi-task, with a wired, high-speed internet and phone connection A quiet, private place in your home where you can work without background noise Essential Qualifications In addition to the skills and experience listed above, you'll need: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: 2-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment Bilingual (Spanish) skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking customers Experience working with ERP systems or other customer relationship management software Strong technical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot basic product-related inquiries What We Offer At blithequark, we're committed to providing our employees with a comprehensive benefits package, including: Health, dental, and vision benefits 401(k) with company match Paid time off, including paid volunteer time Generous employee discount Opportunities for growth and career development, including on-the-job training, learning and development programs, and tuition reimbursement Work Environment and Company Culture At blithequark, we're proud of our company culture, which is built on a foundation of respect, empathy, and teamwork.
