Job Highlights: Location: Remote (work from home) Position: Experienced Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative Start Date: Immediate openings available Company: Workwarp Compensation: Competitive salary, up to $14/hr in production, with opportunities for growth The Opportunity We're on a mission to deliver exceptional customer experiences in the healthcare industry, and we need your help! As a Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of our company, providing empathetic and informative support to our clients' members and customers. You'll work in a permanent work-at-home role, taking inbound phone calls and resolving issues with kindness, patience, and understanding. Key Responsibilities: Perform PCP Change/Provider Lookup: Assist members with primary care physician changes and provider lookups. Medical Benefits Inquiry: Look up medical benefits, including benefit maximums, copay/coinsurances, prior authorization prerequisites, and coverage. Ancillary Benefits Review: Review ancillary benefits, such as dental, vision, and over-the-counter benefits. Claims Inquiries: Process claims inquiries, addressing member concerns about billing and services. Enrollment and Disenrollment: Handle enrollment and disenrollment inquiries, ensuring seamless transitions. Grievances and Complaints: Address grievances and complaints with empathy and professionalism. Billing and Payment: Manage billing-related inquiries, including payments, transaction history, and premium inquiries. LEP Inquiries and Disputes: Handle limited English proficiency (LEP) inquiries and disputes. Material Requests: Assist with material requests, such as ID cards, large print materials, and catalogs. Self-Help Options: Provide self-help options, including member portal access. Local Resource Information: Offer information on local pharmacies, OTC services, and specialists. Experience Required for Success: To excel in this role, you'll need: Education: At least a high school diploma or equivalent. Call Center Experience: A minimum of 18 months of call center experience. Healthcare Background: A healthcare background is a plus, but not required. Computer Experience: A minimum of 2 years of computer experience in a work environment. Multi-Tasking: The ability to multi-task and handle multiple calls and issues simultaneously. Communication Skills: Strong written and oral communication skills. Empathy and Care: The ability to display empathy and care when interacting with members. Dedicated Workspace: A dedicated area to work from in your home. Internet Speed: Internet speed of 50 Mb/s for download speeds and 10 Mb/s for upload speeds (wireless access/WIFI is not permitted).
