The Remote Independent Trader Role We're seeking experienced and entry-level equity and equity and option traders to join our team as Remote Independent Traders. As an Independent Trader with Maverick Trading, you'll be working on a part-time basis, with the flexibility to trade from anywhere in the world. Key Responsibilities Trading a sub-account within the Maverick Trading firm, with a focus on equity and options trading. Developing and executing trading strategies that meet our performance standards. Engaging with our experienced coaches, comprehensive courses, and regular meetings to continuously improve your trading skills. Staying up-to-date with market news, trends, and technologies to inform your trading decisions. Actively managing risk and maintaining discipline in your trading activities. Requirements and Qualifications To succeed as a Remote Independent Trader with Maverick Trading, you'll need: A passion for trading, with a strong desire to learn and excel in the financial markets. A minimum of 2+ years of experience in trading or managing investments. A basic understanding of the financial markets, including equity and options trading. Exceptional decision-making abilities, with the capacity to make informed trading decisions. Experience with Java is a plus, but not required. We're looking for traders who are self-motivated, disciplined, and committed to ongoing learning and improvement.
