With a strong focus on innovation and customer satisfaction, we continue to grow and expand our operations, and we're looking for talented professionals like you to join our team. **About the Role** As a Senior Analyst in our Visual Media Factory team, you will play a critical role in driving key tasks across various imagery workstreams, creating custom analytic reports, and improving existing structures through data-driven insights. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Data Science, Analytics, Vendor Management, and 3D Artists, to power new enterprise strategies and optimize our virtual manufacturing line. **Key Responsibilities:** * Drive key tasks throughout numerous imagery workstreams * Create custom analytic reports by reading and summarizing data and trends to provide high-quality insights to stakeholders * Improve existing structures by reading current practices, leveraging data to suggest and design process modifications * Serve as a strategic partner for cross-functional teams, maintaining a high level of alignment with stakeholders on achieving value-driven outcomes * Partner with Product Managers to assist in design, support, test, and improve arenaflex's proprietary workflow control gear and manufacturing ecosystem * Monitor process health and performance, identify routine developments, and provide advice to increase actionable steps * Help build scalable strategies to support data collection and pipeline optimization **Essential Qualifications:** * 2+ years of experience in improving processes, reporting, and metrics in Operations, Business Analysis, or Strategy * Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Information Systems, Economics, or other quantitative and technically-rigorous disciplines * Highly analytical, with experience in reading and decoding large data sets directly (experience with SQL required, Google Data Studio dashboarding experience preferred) * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Experience working in a highly detail-oriented environment * Ability to break down complex, ambiguous goals into achievable pieces * Ability to tie tactical targets to broader business goals * High interest in detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously * Comfortable with ambiguity and developing new strategies from scratch * Previous experience in 3D or Imagery is a plus **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI * Familiarity with arenaflex's proprietary workflow control gear and manufacturing ecosystem * Strong understanding of data-driven decision-making and its application in business operations **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary range of $25 to $35 per hour * Opportunity to work with a leading e-commerce company in a dynamic and fast-paced environment * Collaborative and supportive team culture * Professional development and growth opportunities * Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options **How to Apply:** If you're a motivated and detail-oriented professional with a passion for driving business outcomes through data-driven insights, we invite you to apply for the Senior Analyst position in our Visual Media Factory team.
