With a strong focus on customer success, we're committed to delivering exceptional experiences that exceed our customers' expectations. **What You'll Do** As a Senior Customer Success Manager – Strategic Accounts, you'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-value customers, driving business growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You'll act as the primary business point of contact for your clients, serving as a trusted advisor and consultant on their behalf. Your key responsibilities will include: * Gain a deep understanding of your clients' business needs and create tangible, long-term goals * Develop and deliver a roadmap to success, driving product adoption and ongoing usage of blithequark's platform * Manage the customer relationship, acting as a trusted advisor to executive and senior leadership in Marketing, Engineering, Product, Business Analytics, and Finance * Partner with the Sales team to advance account renewals and expansion * Lead the process for aligning marketing executives with their goals and plan & execute on a roadmap to help them reach their desired outcomes * Proactively identify account risks and develop save plans to resolve * Analyze your portfolio, identify risks and opportunities to prioritize for maximum impact * Communicate performance opportunities and technical overviews to coordinate solutions internally across marketing, product, and support teams * Become an expert on the blithequark platform and integrations, while keeping up with industry trends in data and analytics **What You'll Need** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Ideally 5+ years of experience in Management Consulting or Customer Success * Experience in working with complex technologies, several different stakeholders across different divisions * Strong leadership skills, impressive executive presence, and communication skills * Extremely data-driven, with the ability to understand data sets and leverage this data to drive customer outcomes and adoption * A proven track record in a consulting role and customer-facing environment, with the ability to leverage business acumen to assess client needs and drive outcomes * Industry experience in the performance marketing ecosystem would be an advantage, but not mandatory * Working knowledge of marketing databases, APIs, and providing useful insights from large data sets is preferred * Expertise in leading meetings with strong presentation skills will play a big role in your success here at blithequark * Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to engage across multiple teams to drive the outcomes needed to ensure success **What We Offer** As a Senior Customer Success Manager – Strategic Accounts at blithequark, you'll enjoy: * A dynamic and fast-paced work environment with opportunities to grow and develop your skills * A competitive salary and bonus structure * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance * 401(k) matching program * Generous paid time off and holidays * Professional development opportunities, including training and education programs * Collaborative and supportive team environment * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance **Why Join blithequark?** At blithequark, we're committed to creating a workplace that's inclusive, diverse, and supportive.
