**Experienced Senior Director, Global Head, Adversarial Abuse/Analytics - YouTube**

As the Senior Director, Global Head, Adversarial Abuse/Analytics, you'll play a critical role in leading our Adversarial Abuse team and driving business outcomes through data-driven insights. **About the Role** As the Senior Director, Global Head, Adversarial Abuse/Analytics, you'll be responsible for leading a team of experts in identifying and mitigating adversarial abuse on the YouTube platform. This includes account takeovers, spam, commitment abuse, and other forms of malicious behavior. You'll work closely with our Product Management and Engineering teams to develop and implement solutions to prevent and detect abuse, as well as with our Business Intelligence team to analyze data and drive business outcomes. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead the Adversarial Abuse team, responsible for identifying and mitigating adversarial abuse on the YouTube platform * Develop and implement strategies to prevent and detect abuse, including account takeovers, spam, commitment abuse, and other forms of malicious behavior * Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering teams to develop and implement solutions to prevent and detect abuse * Work closely with Business Intelligence team to analyze data and drive business outcomes * Develop and maintain relationships with key cross-functional partners to ensure effective communication and collaboration * Manage accelerations with tight timelines to deliver high-priority projects and initiatives * Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation, encouraging team members to think creatively and take calculated risks **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., computer science, mathematics, statistics) * 4+ years of experience in a related field, including risk management, analytics, and team leadership * 2+ years of experience working with large datasets and machine learning models * Strong understanding of SQL, R, and/or Matlab * Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with cross-functional partners * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines and competing priorities * Strong business acumen, with the ability to drive business outcomes through data-driven insights **Preferred Qualifications** * Postgraduate education in a related field (e.g., computer science, mathematics, statistics) * 2+ years of experience in investigation of large datasets and anomaly detection * Experience or demonstrated interest in adversarial abuse and machine learning * Strong understanding of cloud-based technologies and platforms * Experience working with agile development methodologies and version control systems **About YouTube** YouTube is a subsidiary of Google, one of the world's largest and most well-known video-sharing platforms.
