Google & Facebook SEM Manager

Svantage LLC is seeking an experienced and data-driven Google & Facebook SEM Manager to lead paid search and paid social strategies for our automotive dealership clients. This role requires strong expertise in campaign management, analytics, and optimization across Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager, with a focus on maximizing ROI for the automotive industry. Responsibilities Include but are not limited to: · Develop, execute, and manage SEM campaigns across Google Ads and Facebook/Instagram Ads tailored to the automotive industry. · Oversee campaign strategy, targeting, budgeting, and bidding to maximize lead generation and dealership sales opportunities. · Analyze campaign performance data, create detailed reports, and provide actionable insights to clients and internal teams. · Collaborate with creative teams to ensure ad copy, banners, and landing pages are optimized for conversions and compliant with OEM standards. · Manage A/B testing for ad creatives, targeting strategies, and bidding approaches to continuously improve performance. · Monitor competition and industry trends to adjust strategies and keep Svantage LLC at the forefront of automotive SEM marketing. · Ensure campaign compliance with OEM guidelines, co-op requirements, and platform advertising policies. · Train and mentor junior staff on SEM best practices and account management. Skills & Qualifications: · Proven experience as an SEM Manager or Digital Marketing Manager with expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager. · Strong knowledge of automotive digital marketing campaigns and dealership advertising strategies. · Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications preferred. · Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Meta Insights, etc.). · Strong understanding of conversion tracking, attribution models, and ROI optimization. · Ability to manage multiple dealership accounts and campaigns simultaneously. · Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate data into client-ready insights. · Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field preferred.
