Your primary responsibility will be to engage with existing customers, address their inquiries, and provide personalized solutions that meet their insurance needs. You'll work closely with our sales team to promote industry-leading life insurance and financial products, ensuring our customers receive the best possible service. **Key Responsibilities:** * Respond to customer inquiries via inbound and outbound service and sales telephone interactions, addressing a variety of customer inquiries, including: + Processing payments + Resolving billing issues + Policy changes requests + Completing new insurance applications * Review customers' current insurance needs and engage in consultative conversations to make recommendations that address their needs, promote business growth, and achieve sales goals * Handle customer inquiries in a positive and professional manner, consistent with compliance and regulatory requirements * Obtain and maintain multi-state licenses, including passing state insurance agent licensing within three weeks of hire and obtaining appointments in 39 Company-designated states within the first five to seven weeks of employment * Perform other duties as assigned, ensuring seamless execution of business objectives **Qualifications:** * High School Diploma or GED (Required) * 1-2 years of Customer Service experience (Required) * Demonstrated contact center experience and knowledge considered a plus * Demonstrated life insurance industry experience and knowledge considered a strong advantage * Proven ability to be a Customer Service Advocate with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written * Proven strong listening skills and ability to multitask * Demonstrated strong bilingual competency (English and Spanish) considered a plus * Demonstrated strong service acumen and sales focus with the ability to offer additional products that fill the insurance needs of customers * Excellent PC, data entry, and word processing software skills * Ability to obtain a Life and Health Insurance License upon hire (Required) **Work Setting/Position Demands:** * Works in a remote office setting, remaining in a stationary position for long periods while working at a desk, on a computer, or with other standard office equipment * Requires the ability to verbally communicate and exchange accurate information to customers and associates on a regular basis * Requires visual acuity to read and interpret a variety of correspondence, procedures, reports, and forms via paper and electronic documents * Performs substantial movement of wrists, hands, and fingers for continuous computer work * Extended hours required during peak workloads or special projects/events **Travel Requirements:** * None **Why Join blithequark?** * Competitive compensation and benefits package * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options **How to Apply:** If you're a motivated and customer-focused individual with a passion for sales and insurance, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
