Job Summary
We are seeking Chat Moderators to work remotely for our client. As a Chat Moderator, you will be responsible for moderating user-generated content on social media platforms. This is a full-time remote position, and we offer competitive pay of $25-$35 an hour.
Responsibilities
? Moderate user-generated content on social media platforms
? Respond to user inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
? Identify and analyze patterns in user behavior
? Collaborate with other team members to improve moderation processes
Requirements
? Previous experience in content moderation preferred
? Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and analyze patterns
? Excellent written communication skills
? Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
