Responsibilities
? Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email (only)
? Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
? Maintain customer satisfaction by providing accurate and useful information
? Provide first-level technical support for customer inquiries and issues
? Document customer interactions
? Collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements
? Proven experience in customer service
? Strong communication and interpersonal skills
? You can speak, read and write in English (advanced)
? The ability to work autonomously and drive your performance and development is essential in this role.
? Team player who can jump in and support the team on a variety of topics and tasks.
? Crazy about self-development, reflective, and open to challenges.
? Technical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot software issues
? Strong interest in learning and understanding the e-commerce industry
? Required to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as well as 'on-call' on a rotational basis
? The ideal candidate should have a flexible schedule
? E-commerce experience is a strong plus
