What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Handle a large volume of inbound phone calls and assist with outbound call campaigns
? Answer general inquiries and transfer calls to appropriate departments
? Maintain a friendly and courteous communication style with callers
? Document all communications in the company database
? Conduct follow-ups with customers as necessary

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? Must be available and punctual for scheduled work shifts
? Exceptional phone and listening skills
? Strong written and verbal communication abilities
? Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
? Previous experience in a customer service role preferred

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Experience in call center operations or support
? Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems
? Proven ability to handle high call volumes
? Bilingual skills (English and another language)
