Job Description

As an In-Flight Safety Crew member, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our passengers during flights. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct safety demonstrations, monitor passenger compliance with safety procedures, and respond to any in-flight emergencies. You will work closely with flight attendants and pilots to maintain a secure and pleasant environment for all passengers.

Responsibilities

? Conduct pre-flight safety checks and ensure all safety equipment is functional.

? Provide safety demonstrations and communicate safety protocols to passengers.

? Monitor passenger behavior to ensure compliance with safety regulations.

? Assist passengers during boarding and disembarking, ensuring a smooth process.

? Respond quickly and effectively to in-flight emergencies or medical situations.

? Collaborate with flight crew to address any in-flight issues or concerns.

Requirements

? High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in safety or emergency response preferred.

? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

? Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.

? Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

? Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Educational Qualifications

? High School Diploma or GED required.

? Certification in CPR and First Aid preferred.

Experience

? Previous experience in customer service or safety roles is a plus but not required. Training will be provided.
