What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Verify patients' insurance coverage and perform benefit investigations
• Assist with appeal management for claim denials
• Collaborate with patients, pharmacies, providers, and payors
• Ensure excellent communication and support for all stakeholders
• Work an 8-hour shift Monday through Friday between 7 am and 8 pm

What is Required (Qualifications):
• Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in medical insurance, medical claims, or medical billing
• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills
• Strong phone etiquette and communication abilities
• High-speed internet connection and a suitable home office setup
• Availability to work specified shifts
