What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Participate in project teams and implement portions of project plans
• Analyze customer needs and translate them into detailed business requirements
• Organize problem-solving discussions to resolve project-related issues
• Act as a liaison between business units and IT staff, facilitating communication
• Support application testing strategy to ensure business objectives are met

What is Required (Qualifications):
• 1+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with requirements documentation
• 1+ years of proven success in leading programs/projects through the entire lifecycle
• Demonstrated experience in system application design and business process design
• Intermediate proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• 1+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst and/or Data Analyst
• Experience in Healthcare / Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM)
• 1+ years of experience with SQL
• Familiarity with requirement writing tools (Agile, Raven, ReqPro)
• Proven ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to various audiences
