Job Duties and Responsibilities of Premier Account Executive:
? Graduate from the Branch Banking Licensed Banker licensing course to qualify for the role of Senior Branch Premier Banker (SAFE).
? Cultivate bonds with affluent consumers and small business clients by reaching out to them and planning appointments in advance.
? Examine and resolve customer issues in line with applicable protocols.
? Counsel individuals on banking solutions, financial selections, and investment opportunities.
? Establish partnerships with other departments within the organization, such as Mortgage and Wealth Management, to fulfill client needs.
? Ensure conformity with risk management procedures, compliance standards, and corporate regulations.
? Ensure a comprehensive knowledge of Wells Fargo's banking and investment products.

Qualifications and Experience of Premier Account Executive:
? A minimum of four years of experience in customer service or other relevant fields, including military service or educational achievements.
? Possessing a background of over three years in developing and managing customer affiliations.
? Background in advocating for different financial products and services based on expertise.
? Experience in the financial services sector, successfully cleared the FINRA Series 6 & 63 assessments, and holds active State Insurance licenses.

Salary:

Hourly wages can fall between $30.58 and $54.33, influenced by factors such as geographic location, skill set, and years of experience.
